Position Description
This incumbent will provide support for the daily management of grad students with emphasis on their teaching and course requirements. Detailed duties and responsibilities are as follows.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Responsible for the graduate course arrangement, course registration, exam arrangement and grade uploading.
·Follow up the implementation of teaching assignment policy.
·Assist in the follow-up of students’ academic progress.
·Assist in the daily management of graduate students, including issues related to student profile management, travelling, health insurance, epidemic control, etc.
·Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Required Job Specifications
·Required qualification: Master degree from an internationally recognized university.
·Required work experience: preferably 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant administration experience in higher educational institutions.
Required Job Competencies
·Fluent English and Chinese;
·Responsible, patient, detail-oriented;
·Multi-task skills;
·Good Microsoft Office skills;
·Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
