Duties and Responsibilities
·Support the launching and operation of GTEC technology incubator/accelerator, bringing early-stage startups to investment readiness.
·Organize workshops, seminars and conferences; Organize GTEC's participation in roadshows, conferences and exhibitions.
·Organize industry related visits in GTIIT, including lab visits and meetings with faculty; Organize visits in industry and relevant institutions.
·Build and manage promotional tools for GTIIT scientific portfolio, including GTEC website and registration on IP commercialization databases.
·Promote and support students' innovation and entrepreneurship, including competitions, hackathons, and incubation/acceleration in GTEC.
Required Job Specifications
·Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in innovation management, entrepreneurship/incubation activity; demonstrate the ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, associations, local & provincial government, funding agencies and startup investment community.
·Education: Master or PhD degree from a reputationable university.
·Advantages: International work environment or living overseas; Experience in an academic or research institution.
Required Job Competencies
·Proficient in English and Chinese.
·Good planning and organizing skills.
·Good communication and collaboration skill.
