一、學(xué)院介紹

南京大學(xué)理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)入選國家"雙一流建設(shè)"學(xué)科。學(xué)科擁有一流的師資隊伍,現(xiàn)有專任教師40人,其中南京大學(xué)人文社科資深教授1人、國家教學(xué)名師3人、國家級人才計劃入選者3人、人社部百千萬人才工程國家級人選2人,建有國家教育部人文社會科學(xué)百所重點研究基地“南京大學(xué)長江三角洲經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展研究中心”、國家智庫培育單位“南京大學(xué)長江產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究院”、國家文化部重點研究基地“南京大學(xué)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)研究所”, 是國家級2011計劃“中國特色主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”的主要參與單位,并擁有兩個“江蘇決策咨詢研究基地”。

南京大學(xué)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院是南京大學(xué)在蘇州校區(qū)首批建設(shè)的學(xué)院之一,面向經(jīng)濟(jì)主戰(zhàn)場、面向國家重大需求,以培養(yǎng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)高端復(fù)合人才、構(gòu)建數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)理論體系為目標(biāo),開展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、數(shù)字金融、數(shù)字貿(mào)易及數(shù)字治理研究,著力建設(shè)經(jīng)管、數(shù)智、統(tǒng)計、行為交叉融合的新文科。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院依托南京大學(xué)理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科,面向全球招聘數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域一流領(lǐng)軍人才及青年拔尖人才。擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘/長聘副教授、助理教授若干名。特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。從事數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)研究,能夠承擔(dān)中高級宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、行為與實驗經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)字產(chǎn)業(yè)組織、數(shù)字金融與證券投資、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)及應(yīng)用等課程。招聘研究方向包括:

I. The School of Digital Economy and Management of Nanjing University

Theoretical Economics at Nanjing University has been selected as a discipline for the national "Double First Class Construction". The discipline has a first-class faculty team, with 40 full-time teachers, including 1 senior professor in humanities and social sciences at Nanjing University, 3 national teaching masters, 3 selected candidates for the national talent plan, and 2 national level candidates for the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Hundred and Ten Thousand Talents Project. It has established the "Nanjing University Yangtze River Delta Economic and Social Development Research Center" as a key research base of the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences, the "Nanjing University Yangtze River Industry Economic Research Institute" as a national think tank cultivation unit, and the "Nanjing University Cultural Industry Research Institute" as a key research base of the Ministry of Culture. It is the main participating unit of the "China's Characteristic Economic Construction Collaborative Innovation Center" in the national 2011 plan, and has two "Jiangsu Decision Consulting Research Bases".

The School of Digital Economy and Management of Nanjing University is one of the first colleges built by Nanjing University on its Suzhou campus. Facing the main battlefield of the economy and major national needs, it aims to cultivate high-end composite talents in the digital economy and build a theoretical system for the digital economy. It conducts research on the digital economy, digital finance, digital trade, and digital governance, and focuses on building a new liberal arts discipline that integrates economics, digital intelligence, statistics, and behavior.

 

II. The Positions

The School of Digital Economy and Management of Nanjing University relies on the theoretical economics discipline of Nanjing University to recruit top-notch talents and young top talents in the field of digital economy from around the world. We plan to recruit several prospective/permanent associate professors and assistant professors. Specially outstanding high-level talent positions will be discussed separately. Engaged in research on the digital economy, capable of undertaking courses in advanced macroeconomics, econometrics, behavioral and experimental economics, digital industry organization, digital finance and securities investment, statistics, machine learning and data mining, database technology and applications, etc. Recruitment research directions include:

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

1.    Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

2.    Abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

3.    First class academic background: Possess a doctoral degree in relevant disciplines, have learning and work experience in first-class teaching and research institutions, and be familiar with international cutting-edge research trends in related fields.

4.    Have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

5.    Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.
