清華大學(xué)前身清華學(xué)堂始建于1911年，是中國最具盛名的大學(xué)之一。清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院成立于1984年，朱镕基擔(dān)任首任院長。在經(jīng)歷了41載的薪火相傳，清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會服務(wù)、文化傳承創(chuàng)新和國際交流合作方面取得了顯著的成果，率先獲得AACSB和EQUIS兩大全球管理教育頂級認(rèn)證，成為國內(nèi)首屈一指的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院。

Originally under the name “Tsinghua Xuetang”, Tsinghua University was founded in 1911 and is one of the most prestigious universities in China. Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM) was established in 1984, with former Premier Zhu Rongji as the founding dean. After 41 years of development, Tsinghua SEM has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage innovation and international exchanges and cooperation. It has taken the lead in obtaining the top two certifications of global management education AACSB and EQUIS and becomes a leading economics and management school in China.

清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院博士后流動站設(shè)立于1988年，學(xué)院設(shè)置四個一級學(xué)科：理論經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)，工商管理，管理科學(xué)與工程。至今，學(xué)院累計招收博士后700余名，其中包含海外博士后及企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士后。過去近41年的發(fā)展歷程中，清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院博士后規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大、質(zhì)量逐步提升、管理制度不斷完善、人才培養(yǎng)和科研成績斐然，社會聲譽(yù)不斷提高。

The Postdoctoral Research Station of Tsinghua SEM was officially approved in 1988. There are four disciplines under the Station: theoretical economics, applied economics, management science and engineering, and business administration. Up till now we have recruited over 700 postdoctoral researchers in total, including international and enterprise joint training postdoctoral researchers. Over the past 41 years, Tsinghua SEM’s postdoctoral system has grown to one with larger scale, greater quality, better governance with eminent achievement in research and talent-training, and a higher social reputation.

截至2025年6月30日，學(xué)院共有137位全職教師和6位清華大學(xué)深圳國際研究生院創(chuàng)新管理學(xué)科暨清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院深圳院區(qū)雙聘教師。全職和雙聘教師中，141位擁有博士學(xué)位，13位為國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者，12位為國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者，8位為國際學(xué)會會士。此外，學(xué)院還聘請名譽(yù)教授、兼職教授、訪問教授和管理實踐訪問教授。

Up to June 30, 2025, Tsinghua SEM has 137 full-time faculty members and six dual-appointed faculty of Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School (Innovation Management Area) and Tsinghua SEM (Shenzhen Campus). Among full-time and dual-appointed faculty, 141 have PhD degrees; 13 are recipients of the China National Science Foundation's Distinguished Young Scholars Funds; 12 are recipients of National Natural Science Foundation of China's Excellent Young Scientists Fund; 8 are Fellows of International Academic Institutes. 三、任職要求 Qualifications

01、申請者應(yīng)具有知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位

The applicant is expected to have a PhD degree from a well-known university

02、年齡35周歲以下（以后續(xù)正式辦理入站手續(xù)時點為截止期限）

03、博士畢業(yè)三年以內(nèi)（以后續(xù)正式辦理入站手續(xù)時點為截止期限）

Within three years of doctoral graduation before applying（at the time of entry procedures）

04、需全職在清華進(jìn)行博士后研究工作

Work full time at Tsinghua University
