. Trainee Program (Location: Shanghai)

Join as service engineer to learn technical skills in Installation Team for 3 months and Field Service Operation Team for 9 months. During this period, FSA (Field Service Academy) training program will be offered. Join Business Development Team for 18 months to learn service products and sales strategy. Rotate to the frontline Customer Management and Sales Team as Technical Key Account Executive and shadowing with experienced Technical Key Account Manager to gain solid customer management and sales experience. Re-join Business Development Team as Portfolio Specialist or Solution Specialist with an aim to develop into Business Development Manager in 2 years.

Requirements:

1.Master degree

2.Engineering educational background will be a plus

3.Innovative and passionate 

4.Strong analytical and organizing skills 

5.Team player, self-motivated and result oriented

6.Excellent communication and influencing skills  

7.Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese

8.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and alike

9.Quick learner, able to capture learning opportunities and could reflect knowledge learnt to actual practices
