pplications are invited for the post of postdoctoral researcher to carry out an exciting EPSRC funded project on the Self-Assembly of Two Dimensional Colloidal Alloys for Metamaterials Applications. The successful candidate will have experience of experimental research in one or more of following areas: colloidal particle self-assembly, high resolution optical spectroscopy. Experience in the following areas would also be highly desirable: colloidal particles at liquid interfaces, characterisation of self-assembled structures and high resolution optical spectroscopy of plasmonic systems.
