A postdoctoral position is available immediately in Cancer Biology Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia. The overall goal of our research is to define the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the initiation and progression of brain tumors. The successful candidate will utilize “omic” technology to work on the role of microenvironment (stromal cells) in brain tumor development, based on transgenic and xenograft mouse models.
Candidate should have a Ph.D in cellular/molecular biology or related areas. Applicants with strong commitment to original research and experience of animal handling are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
