美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院資助的兩個博士后研究員和高級項目研究助理職位可用于研究發(fā)育和疾病中的形態(tài)發(fā)生信號通路。目前的研究領域包括顱面和骨骼發(fā)育、先天性出生缺陷、衰老障礙和神經(jīng)變性。這些研究集中在闡明譜系特異性干/祖細胞發(fā)展的分子和細胞機制、各種細胞類型的串擾、組織修復和再生以及基于干細胞和基因編輯療法。優(yōu)先考慮在小RNA、翻譯后修飾、線粒體生物學、分子和細胞生物學以及發(fā)育遺傳學方面有專長的候選人。

Postdoctoral Fellow and Senior Project Research Associate, University of Rochester Medical Center
Two NIH funded positions for Postdoctoral Fellow and Senior Project Research Associate are available to study Morphogenetic Signaling Pathways in Development and Disease. Current areas of investigation include craniofacial and skeletal development, congenital birth defects, aging disorders, and neurodegeneration. These studies focus on elucidation of molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the development of lineage-specific stem/progenitor cells, crosstalk of various cell types, tissue repair and regeneration, and stem cell-based and gene editing therapies. Priority will be given to candidates with expertise in miRNA, posttranslational modification, mitochondrial biology, molecular and cell biology, and developmental genetics.
