松山湖材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室粵港澳交叉科學(xué)中心是松山湖材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室的四大核心板塊之一。中心發(fā)展規(guī)劃以材料科學(xué)為核心，面向生命、能源、先進(jìn)制造、人工智能等多學(xué)科交叉，致力于打造成為一個(gè)世界級的學(xué)術(shù)交流中心，引領(lǐng)交叉學(xué)科的發(fā)展。

粵港澳交叉科學(xué)中心設(shè)立卓越青年學(xué)者基金，面向全球招聘具備優(yōu)秀研究技能、創(chuàng)新學(xué)術(shù)見地、跨學(xué)科創(chuàng)造力的青年科學(xué)家加入中心，開展獨(dú)立的科研工作。基金支付入選者薪酬及基本學(xué)術(shù)交流活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)，中心提供住房，辦公室等保障。基金資助周期為3年，根據(jù)雙方協(xié)商和中心評議，可延長至5年。

研究課題和資源需求由申請者提議并提交招聘委員會評審。研究計(jì)劃要求聚焦基礎(chǔ)或前沿科學(xué)的核心問題，具有學(xué)術(shù)深度和廣度，包括但不限于物質(zhì)科學(xué)、先進(jìn)材料、生命科學(xué)、信息科學(xué)、人工智能等。需要設(shè)備和實(shí)驗(yàn)支持的課題，申請者可同時(shí)提交松山湖材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室公共技術(shù)平臺資源使用計(jì)劃。平臺資源參見http://www.sslab.org.cn/core/platform。在獨(dú)立研究的前提下，實(shí)驗(yàn)室鼓勵(lì)基金獲得者與中心其他成員及前沿研究小組合作。

基金項(xiàng)目完成后，根據(jù)松山湖材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求，實(shí)驗(yàn)室將擇優(yōu)考慮研究領(lǐng)域與實(shí)驗(yàn)室長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展方向相吻合的優(yōu)秀基金獲得者為實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。同時(shí)，中心鼓勵(lì)基金獲得者競聘粵港澳地區(qū)的教職和科研崗位，與實(shí)驗(yàn)室建立深度合作關(guān)系。

Distinguished Junior Fellowship at the South Bay Interdisciplinary Science Center, Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory

The South Bay Interdisciplinary Science Center (SBISC) is one of the four core divisions of the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory (SLAB), situated in Dongguan, the Pearl River Delta. Centered around materials research, SBISC supports basic and applied research in matter and energy, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and artificial intelligence. Through various in house and collaborative programs, SBISC strives to become an academic leader in cutting-edge interdisciplinary research.
SBISC is currently conducting an international talent search under its Distinguished Junior Fellowship Program. We look for young scientists with a PhD degree in relevant fields to carry out independent and original research at the Center. The Fellowship offers a CNY 600,000 annual salary, housing, and expenses related to academic exchange and activities. Funding duration is 3 years but is extendable to 5 years based upon performance review and mutual agreement.
Interested applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, three letters of recommendation, along with a detailed research plan for the next 3 years. Collaboration with in-house and visiting scientists at SBISC/SLAB is encouraged but not required. For research that requires lab facilities and equipment, a separate resource requirement plan should accompany the application.
