中國科學(xué)院城市環(huán)境研究所是目前國際唯一的專門從事城市環(huán)境綜合研究的國立研究機(jī)構(gòu),位于美麗的南方海濱城市——廈門市。研究所目前擁有“環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程”和“生態(tài)學(xué)”專業(yè)一級學(xué)科博士、碩士學(xué)位授予點(diǎn),以及“環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程”和“生態(tài)學(xué)”2個(gè)博士后科研流動站。
因科研需要,城市生態(tài)過程與調(diào)控研究組(研究組長崔勝輝)計(jì)劃招聘特別研究助理或博士后1~2名。
一、應(yīng)聘要求
1.獲得生態(tài)學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)、地理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,在國際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊以第一作者發(fā)表過2篇以上SCI論文;
2.接受過系統(tǒng)的科研訓(xùn)練,能夠獨(dú)立承擔(dān)科研任務(wù),具有較強(qiáng)的中英文聽說與寫作能力,掌握研究方向的國際最新進(jìn)展;

三、崗位職責(zé)
1.開展獨(dú)立和協(xié)作研究,在研究組數(shù)據(jù)庫基礎(chǔ)上完成工作并投稿到主流學(xué)術(shù)期刊;
2.參與申報(bào)和完成國家自然科學(xué)基金等各類科研項(xiàng)目;
3.參與研究組管理、指導(dǎo)研究生。
四、薪酬待遇
1.工資及福利待遇按中國科學(xué)院崗位管理和國家規(guī)定執(zhí)行,納入特別研究助理崗位管理的在站全職博士后,待遇參照研究所《博士后工作管理辦法》,其中精英博士后年薪不低于24萬元。
2.當(dāng)年入職的博士后可申請當(dāng)年度“中國科學(xué)院特別研究助理資助項(xiàng)目”,項(xiàng)目獲得者可獲中國科學(xué)院60萬元資助。
3.獲博新計(jì)劃等項(xiàng)目者可疊加享受相關(guān)項(xiàng)目津貼。
4.博士后出站留廈人員或世界最新排名前200名大學(xué)博士后留廈工作,可額外申請廈門市30萬元安家補(bǔ)貼;積極協(xié)助申請享受地方人才政策,符合條件且成功入選人才,獲得各類補(bǔ)貼最多可達(dá)180萬元。
5.提供周轉(zhuǎn)住房或提供租房補(bǔ)貼,協(xié)助子女入學(xué)入托等。

六、研究組長簡介
崔勝輝,中國科學(xué)院城市環(huán)境研究所二級研究員,福建省科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才,福建省省級高層次A類人才,廈門市城市代謝重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,長期在城市生態(tài)過程與調(diào)控領(lǐng)域開展研究。先后在PNAS,NatureFood等重要期刊上發(fā)表論文200多篇,論文總被引近萬次,單篇被引用最高648次。承擔(dān)國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目、國家基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目以及中科院重點(diǎn)部署項(xiàng)目及課題等40多項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會環(huán)境地學(xué)分會副秘書長以及多個(gè)國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的編委。
