一、中心簡介

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心（簡稱創(chuàng)新中心）是北京市新成立的具有獨立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo)，開展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究，致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力，提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家及其科研團(tuán)隊，與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究優(yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作，打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺，綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑，實踐新型科研模式和體制機制，逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合，培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、實驗室介紹

閆致強，2004年獲復(fù)旦大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2004-2009年分別于中國科學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所、北京生命科學(xué)研究所以及中科院生物物理研究所進(jìn)行博士研究并獲得博士學(xué)位。2009-2013加州大學(xué)舊金山分校及霍華德·休斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所師從美國科學(xué)院院士詹裕農(nóng)、葉公杼(Yuh-Nung Jan,Lily Jan)進(jìn)行博士后研究。2013年任復(fù)旦大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授、博士生導(dǎo)師，獲得上海高校特聘教授（東方學(xué)者，2014）、上海市青年科技啟明星（2014），2020年加入深圳灣實驗室分子生理所任資深研究員、副所長。2024年加入首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)任基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院院長、博士生導(dǎo)師，首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心任資深研究員、醫(yī)學(xué)生理研究所所長。以通訊作者在Neuron、Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、PNAS、Nature Communications、eLife、Cell Reports、Genome Research等國際高水平雜志發(fā)表多篇論文。獲4項國家科技部重大研究計劃、2項國家自然科學(xué)基金委面上項目支持。

三、實驗室研究方向

閆致強實驗室長期從事感覺神經(jīng)生物學(xué)的研究，綜合運用分子生物學(xué)、蛋白相互作用和結(jié)構(gòu)分析、電生理記錄、神經(jīng)回路的光遺傳、化學(xué)遺傳和成像等技術(shù)手段，結(jié)合藥物篩選和基因編輯小鼠模型，進(jìn)行聽覺、觸覺、渴覺等感覺受體的鑒定和工作機制研究，感覺系統(tǒng)神經(jīng)回路，以及感覺系統(tǒng)疾病的機理和治療，并探索這些感覺受體在其他重要生理功能中的作用。

1.聽覺、觸覺、痛覺、濕度感覺、渴覺等感覺受體的鑒定，其裝配和工作機制研究，以及這些受體在其他重要生理過程中的作用，例如消化和免疫反應(yīng)。

2.解析感覺受體離子通道及其復(fù)合物的蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)、分析離子通透性和門控機制等。

3.鑒定在觸覺、痛覺、平衡覺、聽覺、渴覺、內(nèi)臟感覺等的關(guān)鍵神經(jīng)細(xì)胞群和神經(jīng)回路。

4.研究遺傳性耳聾的致病機理、診斷以及基因治療。

3.協(xié)助實驗室安全管理工作，危化品管理以及特種設(shè)備的使用和實驗材料滅菌等；

Laboratory Introduction

Dr. Zhiqiang Yan obtained his bachelor's degree from Fudan University in 2004, Then, he pursued his Ph.D. degree in Neurobiology, Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, National Institute of Biology Sciences, Beijing & Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences form 2004-2009. He received postdoctoral training in both Lily Jan' group and Yuh Nung Jan' group at Howard Hughes Medical Institute &University of California at San Francisco, San Francisco, USA. In 2013, he was appointed as a professor in Fudan University. Then, he joined Shenzhen Bay Laboratory as a senior principal investigator at 2020 and appointed as deputy director at 2022. Then, he joined Capital Medical University as the Dean and doctoral supervisor of the school of Basic Medical Sciences, and joined the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR) in Beijing as a senior principal investigator and director of the Institute for Medical Physiology at 2024. He has won honors such as Human Frontier Science Program (HFSP) Long-term Fellowship (2010), Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Venus (2014), The Shanghai Rising-Star Program (2014), etc. Dr. Yan has published papers as corresponding author (including co-authors) in journals including Neuron, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, PNAS, Nature Communications, eLife, Cell Reports, etc. He was supported by 4 National Key Research and Development Projects of China and 2 general programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Research Direction

The Yan laboratory studies sensory neurobiology, focuses on identifying the receptors and neural circuits for sensation and interoception, studies their working mechanism and related the diseases in sensory system.

a. Identify the receptors for hearing, touch, pain, and thirst sensation, study the gating and assembly of the related sensory transduction complex, and explore their functions in various physiological processes, such as digestion and immunity.

b. Analysis of the protein structures of sensory receptor ion channels and their complexes, as well as the examination of ion permeability and gating mechanisms.

c. Map the critical neuronal groups and circuits for sensation and interoception such as touch, pain, vestibular and thirst sensation.

d. Study pathogenic mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of congenital hearing loss.

Main Responsibilities

02、Research Associate Investigator

Main Responsibilities

03、Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

b. Assist in handling laboratory administrative affairs.

Qualifications

a. A B.S or higher degree in biology, basic medical science, microbiology and other relevant majors is required.

b. Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, mouse studies and/or patch-clamp recording, or viral vector producing is preferred.

c. Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.

04、Technician

Main Responsibilities

a. Aim to complete the experimental tasks assigned by the group leader.

b. Responsible for maintaining the daily operations and administrative affairs of the laboratory.

b. Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology, and mouse studies.

05、Lab Manager

Main Responsibilities

a. Assist in the daily management and maintenance of the laboratory, including the management of experimental reagents and consumables, the maintenance of experimental equipment, and the management of laboratory hygiene.

b. Assist in the management of project funds and expense reimbursement work.

c. Assist in the safety management of the laboratory, the management of hazardous chemicals, the use of special equipment, and the sterilization of experimental materials.

d. Be responsible for and monitor the breeding and management of laboratory animals.

Qualifications

a. Have a bachelor's degree or above, in life science- or medicine-related majors.

b. Have excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.

c. Familiar with daily office software.
