華南師范大學(xué)簡(jiǎn)介

華南師范大學(xué)始建于1933年，前身是廣東省立勷勤大學(xué)師范學(xué)院。學(xué)校1996年進(jìn)入國(guó)家“211工程”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)大學(xué)行列，2015年成為廣東省人民政府和教育部共建高校，同年進(jìn)入廣東省高水平大學(xué)整體建設(shè)高校行列，2017年進(jìn)入國(guó)家“世界一流學(xué)科”建設(shè)行列。學(xué)�，F(xiàn)有廣州石牌、廣州大學(xué)城、佛山南海、汕尾4個(gè)校區(qū)。

SouthChinaNormalUniversity, established in 1933, was originally known asGuangzhouProvincialXiangqinNormalCollege. In 1996, the college became a member ofChina’s “Project211”universities. 2015 saw the co-construction of SCNU by the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education as well as the university’s entry into Guangdong High-level University Sponsoring Project. In 2017, SCNU became a member of the National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts three campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus inGuangzhou, Nanhai Campus in Foshan and Shanwei Campus.

華南師范大學(xué)國(guó)際商學(xué)院簡(jiǎn)介

國(guó)際商學(xué)院設(shè)金融學(xué)（中英合作辦學(xué)）、財(cái)務(wù)管理和法語(yǔ)三個(gè)本科專業(yè)，有中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)國(guó)際商務(wù)和職業(yè)技術(shù)教育（財(cái)經(jīng)商貿(mào)類商務(wù)英語(yǔ)）兩個(gè)研究生專業(yè)，其中金融學(xué)專業(yè)是廣東省特色專業(yè)。學(xué)院擁有國(guó)際化高水平的師資隊(duì)伍，其中具有出國(guó)留學(xué)進(jìn)修經(jīng)歷的教師占教師總?cè)藬?shù)的2/3以上，外籍教師10余人。學(xué)院擁有珠江西岸戰(zhàn)略研究中心、跨境教育質(zhì)量保障研究中心，與中國(guó)教育國(guó)際交流協(xié)會(huì)共同建立了跨境教育質(zhì)量保障研究基地。

The International Business College (IBC) has three undergraduate majors: Finance (Sino-British cooperative program), Financial Management and French; two Sino-foreign cooperative graduate majors: Master of International Business and Master of Vocational Education (Financial and Business English), of which the Finance is the Featured Major of Guangdong Province. The college has a high-level international teaching staff, more than 2/3 of the teachers having the experience of studying abroad, and more than 10 being foreign teachers. The college has thePearl RiverWest BankStrategicResearchCenter,CrossBorderEducationQualityAssuranceResearchCenter, and the Cross Border Education Quality Assurance Research Base co-constructed with the China Education Association for International Exchange.

學(xué)院突出國(guó)際化復(fù)合型人才的培養(yǎng)特色，整合了中外優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué)資源，引進(jìn)了國(guó)外合作大學(xué)專業(yè)核心課程，與國(guó)外合作大學(xué)教師共同開(kāi)設(shè)全外語(yǔ)課程�，F(xiàn)有統(tǒng)招本科生735人，研究生73人，每年接收法國(guó)、加拿大、比利時(shí)等國(guó)留學(xué)生。學(xué)院每年就業(yè)率保持在100%，連續(xù)三年被評(píng)為華南師范大學(xué)“就業(yè)工作先進(jìn)單位”。2020年學(xué)院總體升研率為37.34%，金融學(xué)專業(yè)升研率達(dá)到77.08%，其中被世界一流大學(xué)錄取率達(dá)64.5%。

The IBC highlights the training characteristics of international composite talents, integrates high-quality teaching resources at home and abroad, introduces core professional courses from foreign cooperative universities, and jointly sets up foreign-languages-taught courses with teachers from foreign cooperative universities. At present, IBC has 735 undergraduates and 73 postgraduates, and international students fromFrance,Canada,Belgiumand other countries are enrolled every year. The annual employment rate of the college remains at 100%, and it has been rated as the "Advanced Unit of Employment Work" ofSouthChinaNormalUniversityfor three consecutive years. In 2020, IBC postgraduate enrollment rate is 37.34%. Especially in Finance major, postgraduate enrollment rate reaches 77.08%, and 64.5% of Finance students have been admitted by world top universities.

學(xué)院與國(guó)外高校共同搭建實(shí)踐教學(xué)平臺(tái)，現(xiàn)有廣東省省級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)示范中心和廣東省省級(jí)校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地，并設(shè)有金融工程大數(shù)據(jù)分析實(shí)驗(yàn)室、ERP財(cái)務(wù)管理創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國(guó)際化學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐與創(chuàng)新中心、VR實(shí)驗(yàn)室，以及國(guó)際課程實(shí)驗(yàn)室和國(guó)際化綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)室等。

The college and foreign universities jointly built a practical teaching platform. At present, the college has set upGuangdongProvincialExperimentalDemonstrationCenterand Guangdong Provincial Off-campus Practical Teaching Base, and has a Financial Engineering Big Data Analysis Laboratory, ERP Financial Management Innovation Laboratory, an International Learning Practice andInnovationCenter, a VR Laboratory, an International Curriculum Laboratory and an International Comprehensive Laboratory.

學(xué)院堅(jiān)持以人為本的辦學(xué)原則，實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)模式國(guó)際化、師生資源國(guó)際化、管理隊(duì)伍國(guó)際化，與英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、法國(guó)等20多所高校建立了長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的合作關(guān)系，通過(guò)融合中外優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源，提供形式多樣的中外交流項(xiàng)目，給教師學(xué)生提供一個(gè)國(guó)際文化交融的大平臺(tái)。 

The college adheres to the people-oriented principle of running a college, and is on the process of realizing the internationalization in training mode, teachers and students resources, and management team. It has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with more than 20 colleges and universities in theUnited Kingdom, theUnited States,Australia,France, etc., and provides teachers and students with an international cultural integration platform through the integration of high-quality educational resources ofChinaand foreign countries, and the provision of various forms of Sino-foreign exchange programs.  

為加快國(guó)際化辦學(xué)，國(guó)際商學(xué)院現(xiàn)面向海內(nèi)外公開(kāi)招聘7名學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)教師。

In order to speed up the internationalization,InternationalBusinessCollegeis now openly recruiting 7 academic English teachers from home and abroad.​

一、招聘對(duì)象：學(xué)術(shù)英語(yǔ)教師/I. Talents We Are Looking For Academic English Teacher

1、招聘條件 Requirements

獲得碩士及以上研究生學(xué)歷學(xué)位。英語(yǔ)系語(yǔ)言國(guó)家留學(xué)歸國(guó)者優(yōu)先。中國(guó)籍人員要求本科、研究生均為英語(yǔ)相關(guān)專業(yè)，如英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文學(xué)、英語(yǔ)教育、應(yīng)用語(yǔ)言學(xué)、跨文化交際、翻譯等。持有CELTA或者權(quán)威TEFL/ TESOL 證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。外籍人員要求以英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)，且來(lái)自英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳洲、加拿大、新西蘭等國(guó)家；至少2年英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；教育學(xué)或語(yǔ)言學(xué)專業(yè)畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先。

The applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. The overseas talents returned from English-speaking countries are preferred. Chinese applicants both of undergraduate and graduate are required to graduate from English-related majors, such as, but not limited to English Language and Literature, English Education, Applied Linguistics, Intercultural Communication, Translation. Holders of CELTA or authoritative TEFL/TESOL certificates are preferred. Foreigners are required to be English native speakers, and are from the following countries likeUnited Kingdom, theUnited States,Australia,Canada,New Zealandand etc.; foreign applicants should have at least 2 years of English teaching experience; Graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

2、薪酬待遇 Salary and welfare

中國(guó)籍入聘教師起點(diǎn)年薪12萬(wàn)元，外籍入聘教師起點(diǎn)年薪16萬(wàn)。對(duì)于教授聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)或中外合作辦學(xué)學(xué)生的老師，國(guó)際聯(lián)合學(xué)院根據(jù)學(xué)歷層次和職稱另補(bǔ)貼2-4萬(wàn)元/年。

The annual salary of Chinese applicants starts from 120,000 RMB; the annual salary of foreign applicants starts from 160, 000 RMB. For teachers who teach joint education programs students,InternationalUnitedCollegewill provide a subsidy of 20,000-40,000 RMB per year depending on the applicants' education qualification and titles.

依法參加養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、工傷、失業(yè)、生育等社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和繳存住房公積金，享受相應(yīng)待遇。

The recruited staff enjoy deserved treatment and attend social insurance, including endowment insurance, medical insurance,  unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance, maternity insurance , and deposit housing fund according to the law.​
