北京石墨烯研究院（BGI）是在北京市政府支持下，由北京大學(xué)聯(lián)合產(chǎn)業(yè)界和社會(huì)資本于2016年10月25日發(fā)起成立的專(zhuān)注于石墨烯產(chǎn)業(yè)核心技術(shù)研發(fā)與服務(wù)的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。BGI坐落于北京市海淀區(qū)中關(guān)村翠湖科技園，建筑面積9600平方米，毗鄰上地、中關(guān)村商圈和翠湖國(guó)家城市濕地公園，交通便利，環(huán)境優(yōu)美。
一、崗位要求
（一）機(jī)械仿真工程師
崗位職責(zé)：
1、壓力容器設(shè)計(jì)；
2、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件設(shè)計(jì)；
3、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度分析及優(yōu)化；
4、整理并分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，形成系統(tǒng)的文字報(bào)告，定期匯報(bào)討論以調(diào)整研發(fā)方向。
任職要求：
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、化工、固體力學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2、善于學(xué)習(xí)，具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)、自我管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，善于合作，具有較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新能力、責(zé)任意識(shí)和抗壓能力；
3、能夠熟練使用ANSYS分析軟件。
（二）流體仿真工程師
崗位職責(zé)：
1、流場(chǎng)和溫度場(chǎng)耦合仿真計(jì)算分析；
2、理解和掌握有限元原理，根據(jù)實(shí)際實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品工程設(shè)計(jì)；
3、整理并分析實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，形成系統(tǒng)的文字報(bào)告，定期匯報(bào)討論以調(diào)整研發(fā)方向。
任職要求：
1、碩士及以上學(xué)歷，流體力學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2、善于學(xué)習(xí)，具備良好的溝通交流能力，富有責(zé)任心，有一定的抗壓能力；
3、能夠熟練地整理數(shù)據(jù)，熟練使用ANSYS分析軟件。
（三）電氣工程師（設(shè)備開(kāi)發(fā)方向）
崗位職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)工藝要求，制定設(shè)備的具體電氣設(shè)計(jì)方案，繪制電氣原理圖，負(fù)責(zé)電氣元件的選型，保證其滿足技術(shù)協(xié)議要求；
2、根據(jù)設(shè)備和產(chǎn)品的需要，開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)PLC控制程序；
3、制訂和實(shí)施相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)方案，并提出設(shè)備的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)；
4、協(xié)同機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)人員，工藝人員，完成設(shè)備生產(chǎn)、改造升級(jí)、組裝調(diào)試工作；
5、協(xié)助進(jìn)行新設(shè)備的搬入、安裝、調(diào)試并進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。
任職要求：
1、五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（根據(jù)學(xué)歷工作年限可放寬），有半導(dǎo)體、光伏、液晶顯示等行業(yè)真空鍍膜設(shè)備相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
2、熟悉精密設(shè)備的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)及應(yīng)用，熟練使用PLC、伺服電機(jī)、液壓等控制軟件，有設(shè)備加熱、射頻(等離子體)、真空、傳動(dòng)等控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
3、會(huì)使用C++，C#，JAVA，會(huì)在Windows和LINUX系統(tǒng)下編程，會(huì)使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)；
4、具備一定的英文讀寫(xiě)能力，能看懂相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)；
5、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力、親和力，執(zhí)行力。
二、教育背景要求
電氣工程、自動(dòng)化、機(jī)械電子等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)背景，碩士以上學(xué)歷，本科學(xué)歷具有豐富工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。

(1) Mechanical simulation engineer
Responsibility
u      Pressure vessel design；
u      Costumed production design；
u      Strength analysis and optimization；
u      Experimental data statistical analysis.
Job requirements
u      Master degree at least in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related majors; 
u      Good sense of community and anti-pressure ability；
u      Familiar with ANSYS or other FEM soft wares；
 
(2) Fluid simulation engineer
Responsibility
u      Simulation focusing on flow filed and mechanical-thermal coupling response；
u      Familiar with FEM theory and give the guidance for commercial process；
u      Experimental data statistical analysis.
Job requirements
u      Master degree at least in hydro mechanics；
u      Good sense of community and anti-pressure ability；
u      Familiar with ANSYS or other FEM soft wares；
 
(3) Electronic Engineer (Equipment R&D)
Responsibility
u      According to the process requirements, formulate the electrical design scheme of equipment, draw the electrical schematic diagram, responsible for the selection of electrical components, to ensure that they meet the requirements of the technical agreement.
u      According to equipment and product needs, develop and design PLC control program.
u      Formulate and implement relevant experimental programs, and put forward suggestions for equipment improvement.
u      Cooperate with mechanical designers and technicians to complete equipment productions, transformation and upgrading, assembly and debugging.
u      Assist in the moving, installation, debugging and acceptance of new equipments.
Technical experience requirements
u      More than 5 years working experience (can be extended according to education), experience in semiconductor, photovoltaic, LCD and other industries vacuum coating equipment development is preferred.
u      Familiar with automatic control system and application of precision equipment, proficient in PLC, servo motor, hydraulic control software, equipment heating, rf (plasma), vacuum, drive control experience is preferred.
u      Can use C++, C#, JAVA, can program on Windows and LINUX system, can use database.
u      Ability to read and write in English and understand relevant literature.
u      Strong communication skills, teamwork, affinity, execution.
Educational background requirements
    Master degree at least in electrical engineering and automation engineering and mechatronic engineering majors or related. Bachelor degree with rich experiences is required.
