Position Description
The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, fixed assets management, organizing and coordinating the installation, debugging and official acceptance of all the purchases.
Duties and Responsibilities
●Inspect and accept all the purchases.
●Receive expected purchasing order in ERP system.
●Responsible for the registration of new fixed assets and assist the supervisor to standardized management and control of all fixed assets.
●Carry out scientific dynamic management of fixed assets location, internal lending, maintenance, retirement, etc.
●Compile annual inventory of fixed assets.
●Regularly check account with finance department and guarantee the number of assets in accordance with financial account.
●Complete the related statements which must be submitted to the superior administrative department.
●Assist in other affairs of the department.
Required Job Specifications
●Required qualification: bachelor degree or above.
●Required experience: preferably 1-2 years in similar capacity.

●Language ability: fluent Chinese, spoken and written English at an effective communication level.
●Good communication and collaboration skills.
●Multi-task skills.
●Microsoft Office skills.
●Organized and reliable.
