Position Description                                                                      

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for fundraising, developing and implementing fundraising strategy based on the development of the university and the Foundation and the internal management of the Foundation etc.. S/he also needs to maintain good relationship with different partners/donors for further collaboration.  

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                    

1. Develop Foundation Development Strategy:

1) Develop goals for the Foundation in line with the University's overall development strategy.

2) Matching social and internal resources in line with the development strategy of the Foundation.

2. Design and implementation of public welfare projects:

1) Design reasonable projects according to the strategic goals and real public welfare needs of the Foundation.

2) Establish fundraising channels for projects to ensure effective implementation, follow-up, summary and evaluation of projects.

3) Publicity and promotion of projects in a reasonable and compliant manner.

3. Promoting external cooperation and internal management of the Foundation:

1) Run the Secretariat's daily work and maintain good relationships with donors and other stakeholders.

2) Establish internal management system, financial system, internal process and other related work.

Requirements                                                                

·Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in economics, finance, management, sociology is preferred.

·More than 5 years public welfare industry experience or volunteer experience, more than 3 years full-time public welfare sector, deputy secretary or above management experience is preferred.

·Experience in successful cases, independent design and operation of public welfare projects.

Required Job Competencies                                                                 

·Acute sense of how to attract donation and good marketing skills.

·Good command of written and verbal expression skills in both Chinese and English.

·Observe laws and regulations, have passion in public welfare.

·Public welfare industry experience, management team experience, resource integration ability, project execution ability.

·Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills.
